An honest review of my first experience of purchasing a product was not that great.
I had ordered on the 4th March 2026 and estimated delivery was between 24 - 26 March 2026. Which was unexpected but eventually accepted. I was glued to the door for a week from the 24 March 2026 with the estimated date being moved on a daily basis to the next day till I gave up on the 31 March 2026.
On the 2 April 2026 in the afternoon on Easter Eve, i received a call to collect the package and no one was at the office to receive the package. So there I am making urgent plans to get the package and come back to the office to collect the delivery.
When I got home, I was excited about the package and opened it immediately. My packaging was torn, not the greatest quality. Very different from what I had seen on social media about how you package your deliveries, which also made me second guess what was inside the box.
When I opened the box, the quality was exactly what I expected. Top Notch. I love the product, so I used it immediately.
My experience was not the greatest but the product was everything I expected.
I thought I should share my experience. Don't worry I wont share my experience on social media. I might not order again but i still want to see you win.
